Refunds | Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our collaborative, E | 3 COLLECTION DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Under no circumstances will refunds be provided on purchases, with the exception of damaged items , of which a replacement will be sent.  In the event that a replacement size is not available, a refund will be issued. Please note that pictures are taken for all items PRIOR to shipping and submitted to you via email as a quality check. 

We happily offer store credit | exchange WITHIN BRAND (BOUTIQUE), within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchased item.
